Former Miss U.S. Latina to direct Miss and Teen Rhode Island Latina Pageants

Sasha Zacarias, Miss U.S. Latina 2012 and a former Miss Rhode Island Latina, has been granted the exclusive license to conduct the official state preliminaries for Rhode Island to the national Miss U.S. Latina and Miss Teen U.S. Latina pageants.
